Activities to romanticize your fall

@ Pinterest

Fall has officially started and this comes with a lot of stormy weather. It’s the time of the year where we tend to stay inside more and are working towards the end of the year. For some, a period where they get a lot of work done. For others, a period that doesn’t feel as productive. We’re here to tell you more about seasonal depression and how to prevent it by taking yourself and/or friends on some fun fall dates. We hope this will help you romanticize the season a little more and live a balanced life.

Seasonal depression entails having a cluster of symptoms such as sadness, low energy, change in appetite and sleep as well as having trouble concentrating. These symptoms are usually bound by the change in seasons which makes it different from depression as we know it. It usually starts around autumn, lasts through winter and improves when spring comes around again.

Basic things that can be done to improve seasonal depression is adding some vitamin D to your diet, taking walks and exercising. Also, getting social, but mostly sticking to those plans (yes, we see you) can help a lot. And with that in mind. Here are 6 date ideas (to do alone or with friends) that we think will boost your mood.
