We offer the following shipping options - you will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout.

Orders from € 100 - € 6,25 / 1-3 working days.
Free pick up in Amsterdam

Post NL: € 12,75 / 1-5 working days.

Post NL: €18,50 / 2-6 working days.

Post NL: € 26,50 / 2-7 working days.

Post NL: € 25  / 2-7 working days.

Post NL: € 28 / 2-7 working days.

Post NL: € / 4-12 working days.

For questions: 

All orders are shipped on regular weekdays, Monday till Friday. All Domestic & International orders are shipped with Post NL. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code so that you can trace your order.

International Orders

Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.


Our return policy entitles you to return the product for any reason within 14 working days counting from the day you received your lingerie. You can open the package and check the contents. However, the lingerie can only be returned when it is completely unused, tagged, and sent in the original packaging. To be eligible for a return, the products have to be in the same condition as they were shipped, not bearing the signs of usage alongside intact packaging.

Return costs are for the customer, unless otherwise indicated by La Tribeau.

Refunds and exchanges

Our return policy allows you to return products unused within 14 days of receiving them. You can open the package and check the contents. Returns will only be accepted when it is unused, tagged, and in the original packaging. 

The costs of the return depend on the carrier and the country from which you send it. Please contact your local post office for the price. Please note that returns are at the customer's own expense.

We will refund your return as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your return. We always refund your money to the bank account or credit card that was used for the order.

Once we have received your return, we will process the return as soon as possible. It takes a maximum of two working days to start processing your return. Once it is processed in our warehouse, we will start the refund or store credit process. We will send you an email once this is finished.
