1. Orders

1.1 When the customer orders items via the webshop, the customer makes an offer to conclude a purchase agreement.

1.2 We reserve the right not to deliver if the stock level was incorrect at the time of order receipt.

1.3 La Tribeau reserves the right to adjust or change the price of our products at any time at its sole discretion. The same applies to our right to state the correct price for an item that was incorrectly listed on the webshop at the time of ordering.

1.4 In case of that we are unable to deliver, the customer will be contacted and allowed to cancel the order, by the terms of the order confirmation. With a prepayment, your money will be refunded within 30 days. When the product is available for later delivery, a new delivery date will be offered. However, if this is not desirable, you also have the option to cancel the order.

2. Payment

2.1 The payment types we offer:
Credit card (VISA & Mastercard, American Express, Maestro), IDEAL, Bancontact, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal and Google Pay.

2.2 As soon as your order is submitted to our webshop, you will receive a notification e-mail with the details and any optional payment options.

2.3 For questions about your order, feel free to contact us at: hello@latribeau.com. We will reply to you within 1-3 working days.

3. Shipping

3.1 We will be using PostNL as our shipping partner. Our rates can be found on the Shipping & Returns page. When we dispatch your order you’ll receive a tracking code to follow your order process.

3.2 We will not refund International customs duties and sales taxes on your order for shipments outside the European Union (EU).

4. Delivery Status

4.1 As soon as your package(s) is at the sorting center of our shipping partner you will receive a tracking code to follow your order process.

5. Product Quality & Defective Products

5.1 Due to the color settings of your computer, the colors of the products shown in the pictures can differ from their actual colors. La Tribeau cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy. Feel free to return the product or get in contact with our customer service by e-mail: hello@latribeau.com.

5.2 In case of a defective product, please get in touch with our customer service for further investigation: hello@latribeau.com.

5.2 After receiving the product we will look if we approve the claim, when this is the case you will be informed and if available will be sent out a new product, otherwise you will receive a discount code/refund.

6. Return & Refund Policy

6.1 All sales are final on final sale items, we do not do price matching or price adjustments. After receiving your lingerie you have the right to open the package and check if everything is there, but the product must be returned unused. The refund or return must be requested and received back by us within 14 days of receiving your lingerie. The product shall be returned inside all original packaging, price labels, etc. without using tracks.
Please note that, until the product reaches us, you are responsible for it. Also please return the package together with a dispatch/tracking number, so we will be able to trace it. The product must be complete with both the original sales receipt.

6.2 Return Policy Requirements
The refund or return must be requested and received back by us within 14 days (after receiving your merchandise/goods being signed for)
For a return always use the return form that you can find on the delivery & return page, and send it with your products back to us. When the returned lingerie doesn’t meet our requirements we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange. All the original packaging to accompany the item-including belts, authenticity cards and boxes must be returned in its original condition. We do not accept lingerie that is returned without a box, in a damaged box, or with missing items.

6.3 Unauthorised Returns
Unauthorized returns will be refused and will be automatically sent back to the customer. Unclaimed packages will be treated as unauthorized returns.

6.4 Am I responsible for the return shipping costs?
Yes, you will be charged for the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend purchasing tracking and or delivery confirmation. This is because you are responsible for the package when it gets lost or otherwise not received.

7. How To Make An Exchange / Exchange Policy

7.1 If you would like to exchange a product, print the return form that you can find on the delivery & return page. Fill in the form including the desired product for exchange. If the exchange is not available we will send you an email with other suggestions or refund the amount. The maximum amount of days to exchange your product is 14 days after receiving it. All full-price items are eligible for a one-time exchange. The same term and conditions apply to exchanges as they do to returns. Note that extra shipping costs may apply to an exchange.

8. Discount Codes

8.1 Discount codes will be valid for a period of 2 years and can be used for a full or part payment of your order at La Tribeau. Discount codes aren’t personal and the 2-year period starts from the moment the discount code is obtained or from the date an item has been returned. These discount codes aren’t exchangeable for cash.

* After you use the discount code to purchase something from the webshop it expires. The remaining amount will expire also, so we advise using the total amount by shopping a little bit more.

9. Use of Content / Press

9.1 All content found on the website and webshop of La Tribeau including logos, photographs, and videos belong to La Tribeau or parties we work with.

9.2 In the case you would like to use some of our content that is on our website, like photographs from the webshop, the blog, or anything else, don’t hesitate to contact us: hello@latribeau.com.
