6 Roll your shoulders like you're in a music video from 2003.
7 Touch your toes. Or as far as you can get.
8 Drink water like it’s a €9 green juice from a concept store.
9 Let your brain catch up with your body.
And if someone asks what you’re doing?
Just say: “Oh, just taking a tiny reset so I don’t spiral into a stress ball before noon.”
You’re allowed to unplug.
