At La Tribeau, we love some celebration cocktails. This weekend will be the official start of 2023, which means lots of laughter, partying till the early mornings, and maybe even a slight hangover the day after. To ensure you serve your guests the fanciest drinks to dance the night away, we came up with a delicious line-up below. You're welcome.
Espresso Martini
4 serves
Ingredients:
3 cl vodka
2 cl coffee liquor
3 cl ice-cold espresso
1 cl sugar water
3 coffee beans
crushed ice / ice cubes
Pre-chill the martini glass with crushed ice. Mix all ingredients with the sugar water in the mixing glass of the shaker, fill with ice, close and shake vigorously. Strain the cocktail into the martini glass and garnish with coffee beans.
Grapefruit Campari Rose Water Cocktail
4 serves
Ingredients:
25 cl grapefruit juice
2 tbsp campari
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tbsp rose water
sparkling water
grapefruit slices
fresh mint
In an ice-cold glass, add grapefruit juice, Campari, sugar, and rose water. Mix until combined. We like to stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. Top off with seltzer water and garnish with grapefruit slices and fresh mint.
Caper berry Martini
4 serves
Ingredients:
30 cl dry Gin
6 cl Martini extra dry vermouth
crushed ice / ice cubes
caper berries
Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled glass. Top off with caper berries.
