We’re back again with your favorite column: Tribeau trends. Where we share the coolest fashion trends we spot on the street, Instagram, and or Tiktok.
I don’t know about you guys. But I tend to get obsessed over cool people that appear on my Instagram page. They change over the season, but there is always someone I absolutely adore and want to be. It’s funny because when I’m shopping, I also keep that person in mind. Like, will they wear this or not? Obviously, I don’t let go of my own style, but they influence me because I want to be as cool as them.
Over the last few months, it was Anna Winck, creative director of Cannari, and I love her style, but it was time for someone new. I’m talking about supermodel and former angel Elsa Hosk. When she appeared in the most stunning Viktor & Rolf dress on the red carpet at the film festival in Cannes I was totally mesmerized. I discovered that she has a cool style as well. I would describe it as a feminine style with a funky twist. When stalking her Instagram, I also noticed the newest trend that I wanted to share with you just in time for summer (baby, it’s hot outside).
We’re talking about flowers. Flowers on tops, flowers on dresses, in shoes, or literally anywhere. You can even wear one around your neck as the flower chocker is appearing on my feed more and more. The advantage of this trend is that you can wear it with every style. A chocker could be cool when you’re more into a 2000s style right now but are you a fan of the ‘quite luxury’ trend that everyone is raving about? Take a look at Sofia Richie, who obviously started this trend. We very much love this trend at La Tribeau. It’s a great way to add a little bit of extra detail to any outfit and elevate it at the same time as well.
Disclaimer: We understand that it is tempting to follow all the fashion trends. But you might get bored with your trendy items when the new ‘hottest thing’ shows up all over your social media. A waste of your money as well as our planet. Try to find your personal style and check if the items match.
